The Chico AquaJets is a year round swim team run by the Chico Area Swim Association, a non-profit organization under the sanction of USA Swimming, Inc. The AquaJets encourage, enhance and provide a competitive swimming experience for the entire spectrum of swimmers from the beginner to the more experienced swimmer, who competes at the highest level possible.  It provides the coaching, facilities, encouragement, and opportunity for youth athletes to achieve, through participation in team activities; their maximum individual potential. It also offers, for those who are less competitive, a highly rewarding and FUN group experience in the sport of swimming. Requirements for participation are minimal: swimmers must be at least five years old and be able to complete 25 yards freestyle and 25 yards backstroke.

MiniJets
MiniJets is a fun year round program for swimmers age four to eight years old. Group instruction is offered for swimmers learning and preparing to be on the AquaJets. It is a good, fun and valuable introduction to the swim team. Thirty minute classes are offered twice each week.

Chico Masters Swimming
Chico Masters Swimming is a program offered by the Chico Area Swim Association.  It is for adults ages 19 and over. Technical stroke instruction and supervised workouts are given to swimmers of all ability levels whether swimming for fitness or to compete at the regional to national level.   Dues for Masters Swimming are $20.00 a month for Chico Aquajet Corporate In Motion Fitness members or $40.00 a month for non members plus an annual fee to join Pacific Masters Swimming, a requirement of the sport.
