The Chico AquaJets professional coaching staff instructs groups of various age, ability and level in the competitive swimming process. Although each group is focused on a different phase of the young athletes? competitive swimming career all the AquaJet coaches work toward the same goal embodied in the AquaJet philosophy. The team philosophy is to develop swimmers so they can reach their potential as high school and college level swimmers. By teaching proper stroke mechanics and developing swimming efficiency early in their career we can increase their potential as senior swimmers.  All groups also strive to emphasize fun in the sport, a strong sense of team and the value of hard work and goal setting.
