2012 Registration Renewal

All Chico AquaJets and Chico Masters Swimmers are required to complete a packet of updated registration forms during the period of June 4 - June 16.  Registration documents have been updated with a revised financial agreement, current InMotion Fitness documents, and emergency contact forms.  Forms can be found at the links below.
